Note 6 Things when caring for a newborn

You have just become parents for the first baby had just been born? Being a new parent would be a great experience. Well, to care for a newborn baby would have to be extra careful. There are important things that need your attention.

Here are 6 things you should consider when caring for a newborn, as stated by Dr Shilpa Mittal who is an expert on nutrition, diet consultant, and founder of Nutrilife Health Management and healthmeup quoted on Friday (11/30/2012):


1. Prone to Infection
Very young infants are very susceptible to various kinds of infections because their immune systems have not been developed. Therefore, before go near or holding the baby, make sure you wash your hands with soap or sanitizer.

2. Baby It's Very Weak
Newborns are creatures that are weak and have a brittle backbone because bone marrow is not yet fully developed. Therefore, be careful when removing the head and neck. Hold the baby's head well when going to pick up or put him to sleep on the mattress.

3. Never Shake Baby At Wake
If you want to wake the baby, never shook his body. Shook the newborn on the grounds joking or other reasons can cause bleeding in the head that can be fatal.

4. Ensure Your Baby Safe in the Car Seats
We will invite baby traveling make sure your child is in a safe car seat. Wherever you put your child, make sure not to shake babies. Since the shock can cause injury.

5. Do not Throw a baby into the air
Adults often found throwing babies into the air to try to play. Maybe the baby will laugh but holding the baby with the rough can cause a fatal thing. Therefore make sure to not play in a 'rough' unless your baby is old enough. This is to avoid injuries and injury in the body.

6. Ask for Help on the Experienced
Caring for a newborn baby would require attention and skill. If you have not experienced then invite your mother is more experienced to help you care for your child. Your doctor is also the best source of information to help you care for the baby.
