I am completely convinced with this thought. Eat fresh fruits, vegetables, drink plenty of WATER..avoid all cokes, caffeine's, smoking, alcohol etc. as these also add weight as well as they contain chemicals which disturb your natural bio rhythms as well as brain chemistry.
