Problem thinning hair, usually on man who more much complain than women. Generally the hair begin to looks thinning at the age of 40 years. But the sign of thinning hair sometimes begin to be felt a man aged 20-30s when they see the amount of hair left in the comb.

There are many things that make a man's hair thinning. Lifestyle, stress, and diet has been blamed as the main cause of hair thinning. But there are also conditions of androgenic alopecia which is also known as pattern baldness on the men. 1. Bad in eating patterns

Just eat vegetables can also cause thinning hair because protein intake is not fulfilled. Lack of iron also trigger baldness. Besides weight loss also causes thinning hair.

2. Genetics
Thinning hair associated with genetics. Pattern baldness in men is inherited from the mother's side of the family. So take a look at your mother's relatives to see indications of your hair in the future.

3. Stress

4. Often shampooing

5. Lack of Circulation

6. Medical Conditions
