Fruit very healthy and nutritious because it contains a lot of protein and vitamins. Diabetics must be very careful in choosing the fruit to be eaten. Not all fruits good for diabetics. If you are diabetic, you need to eat fruits that do not increase your blood sugar levels.
This is because a lot of sugar-rich fruit that can be really dangerous for diabetics. Fruits with a low glycemic index (GI) is good for diabetics because it releases glucose slowly. This can regulate your blood sugar levels.
Here is a good fruit to be consumed by diabetics, such as:
Berries, especially strawberries, have a low glycemic index. This make you full longer and stabilize blood sugar levels.

Apples are the fruit of a low glycemic index and, most importantly, have a lot of antioxidants.
3. Orange
Citrus fruits are rich in antioxidants, soluble fiber and low glycemic index which maintain blood sugar stable and controllable.
4. Rose apple
This fruit is a low glycemic index, rich in soluble fiber and vitamin C. Guava can also boost the immune system.
5. Grapes
Grapes rich in sugar but low glycemic index. If consumed in limited amounts, grapes can slow digestion, thus enabling absorption of nutrients more.
6. Pears
The fruit is available throughout the year. You can add this fruit in your daily menu because it is low glycemic index and can control diabetes.
