So, what foods that helps us asleep faster? Here's the answer:

Cherry fruit

Cherry is a fruit that is packed with antioxidants and the only food with source  significant from melatonin, ie the hormone that regulates sleep. Try eating some fruit, one or two hours before sleeping.

Chamomile tea

Yogurt

Yogurt is loaded of calcium and some experts believe, low calcium is the cause of a person has sleep problems. The recommended amount for you is 1,000 mg per day, after that we see whether it can help difficulty sleeping habits you.
