Lullabies or fairytale may be a good sleep introduction for the kids. Whereas for adults certainly his way differently. Well, various ways such can be tried to be your lullabies at night.
There are various habits of adults to usher sleep. Unfortunately, some of habits it is in fact unhealthy. For example, watching television at night, drinking coffee, or reading a book. Instead of making the fast asleep, these activities instead make you awake longer.

1. Drinking warm milk
Drink warm milk before night's sleep, is good to make your sleep more soundly. Because milk has an amino acid called tryptophan, which can encourage a person to sleep more soundly.
So if one day when you feel can not sleep soundly at night, immediately Take a glass of warm milk. If necessary make it drinking milk at night as a ritual for the sake of get quality sleep.
2. Discipline
Specify the hours when you must sleep every night. After determining the hours of sleep, make sure you run a schedule which be made self it. This ritual will make your body know the true when it's time to relax.
3. Soaking
Before sleeping, you can try to soaking in bath tub during a few moments. This activity will help you get a better sleep. Because soaking with warm water will make the body relaxed and the mind relaxed so that you also can sleep soundly.
4. Listening soft music
Choose music and soft songs which you like before sleeping. Because soft music will calms the mind. Put music player it near with your reach, so that whenever you can turn it off.
5. Write anything
In a day activities there may be various ideas or thoughts which come and go. Well, express what is in your mind through writing. Write down everything on paper.
If your annoyed, writing only, from your resentment. Because just with writing grievance will make your calm so that sleep also will be more soundly.
6. Massaging the head with a soft
If you can not sleep try to massage the head with a soft. This massage will make you relax so that will get a sleep soundly.
