Adequate needs in protein, especially for the vegetarian indeed need special attention, considering the source of the biggest protein many found in animal foods.

Only eat fruits, seeds and nuts are rich in vitamin E and is useful for skin beauty and make ageless.

- Raw foodist
Consuming raw foods, because the cooking process considered can damage the nutritional content of food.

Nuts
You can consume long beans, peas, white beans, lentils, red beans, green beans, cashews, peanuts, walnuts and almonds.

Milk products

Cereals & grains

Although source protein of vegetarian not as big as source of animal protein, but with setting a proper diet, needs the protein of vegetarian can be fulfilled optimally.
