Every person in the world would want to have intelligence above the average of other people around them. To be able to do that, you not only need to learn, but also live a healthy lifestyle. It can help you increase your intelligence and make the body become more fit. Here are some good habits that can increase your intelligence, among others:

1. Breakfast with nutritious food
Many people often skip breakfast time and work with an empty stomach. An empty stomach makes you unfocused and unproductive. Research has also shown that people who are always breakfast more intelligent than people who skip it. This is because the brain need glucose in the morning.

2. Sports
Every engine needs to be heated first in order that can operated well. And so does your body. With exercise, blood flow to the brain will go more smoothly. It certainly can increase the ability of the brain.

3. Get enough sleep
For increase intelligence, you must sleep at least 8 hours of sleep in a day. The brain needs rest and so does your body. Difficulty sleeping can cause various health problems, including heart.

4. Replacing sugar with honey
You maybe feel that sugar can sharpen the brain, but you are wrong. Sugar causes an increase glucose in the blood and only provide little energy for a while. You can replace sugar with honey that are known more healthy and good for the body.

5. Read
Pleasure is the basis to continue to learn and there is no end to learning in our lives. Reading a book can add to your knowledge. Reading also helps training the brain and increase the concentration.

6. Antioxidants
Antioxidant-rich foods is the best food for the brain. The simple reason for this is that they protect brain cells from free radical damage.

7. Playing puzzles
Same as the muscles of the body, the brain also needs some exercise. If you do not use the brain, it will make him lazy and you will be stupid. So, try to play puzzles, Sudoku game and other brain games. This will make the brain stay active.

8. Meditating
You maybe never realize that the brain has been doing all the hard work for you. That's why, sometimes you feel you do not have control over your brain. Meditating can help you keep calm and restore your mental abilities.

9. Stop consuming rubbish
Do not damage your brain with consuming unhealthy foods. Change your eating habits and consumption of foods are good for your brain health.
