Cause of the loss of mood not only come from the environment around you. Food is also taking part in your mood changes. In order to keep your mood cheerful avoid six of this foodstuffs, such as:

Soda
High levels of sugar in soft drinks is bad for mood because it will be converted into fat and enter on the bloodstream.

White flour
Flour makes rich in glucose thus causing changes in mood and fast feel hungry.

Food coloring
Food coloring that does not natural make you become hypersensitive. Besides it, chemical dyes is associated with asthma, allergic reactions and mood disorders.

Hydrogenated oils
Hydrogenated oils are responsible for creating trans fats in food. Trans fats are proven to increase the weight and cholesterol levels. Also can cause brain fog and severe moodiness.

Aspartame
Aspartame artificial sweetener substitute for sugar. This ingredients proved to cause headaches, digestive problems and even seizures.

Monosodium glutamate
Monosodium glutamate is also known as MSG, which is commonly used in food packaging to increase the flavor. Many products such as chips, soups and frozen food contains MSG. Consuming from MSG even in a small can cause dizziness, nausea, feelings of anxiety and fatigue.

Sugar
Consuming foods high in sugar can give health problems such as diabetes, thyroid problems, depression and weight.

Margarine
Margarine contains a lot of omega-6 fatty acids that can trigger the body to release a lot of insulin thus affecting the "mood" you. If indeed must use margarine for cooking, you should replace the use of margarine with selecting healthy oils such as olive oil or coconut oil.
