There are many types of diets that regulates carbohydrate consumption, ranging from diet without carbohydrates, low carbohydrate diet, and others. While the body needs carbohydrates to fulfill the nutrition and energy, however there is the possibility of carbohydrates that absorbed by the body will turn into fat and make tubby.

Here are some ways to prevent in order to carbohydrates not stored in the form of fat and make tubby, such as:

1. Eat carbohydrates after sports

This is useful because carbohydrates will increase the production of insulin in the body that is very needed after heavy exercise. In addition it, the consumption of carbohydrates after exercise also helps muscle growth and repair of muscle damage caused by exercise.

2. Avoid carbohydrates at lunch
It is better to avoid the consumption of carbohydrates at lunch. Besides not repair damage to cells or muscles in the body, carbohydrates will cause you less focus on during the day. It is better to consume carbohydrates during the afternoon to help the body relax and sleep easily. Better to choose carbohydrates from vegetables such as potatoes than of getting it from pasta or bread.

3. Do not just consume carbohydrates
Assumption that only consume carbohydrates during eating will make the body easier to digest is mere myth. The best is consume carbohydrates with proteins. Carbohydrates and protein will make you feel more full and energized, and avoid the accumulation of fat and calories in the body. In addition it, eating protein and carbohydrates will prevent blood sugar to rise.

4. Do not drink sweet drinks during meals
The latter is to avoid consuming sweet drinks during meals. Juices that contain lots sugar or soft drinks can slow down the digestive process. This will make the carbohydrates consumed into fat and cause increased weight. Alcohol and coffee also have the same effect. So drink white water after eating. This will speed up the digestive process and helps fat burning. In addition it, white water is healthier than sweet drinks or soda.
